• As a service, Insight Overview offers data cleaning, which will alter your data. We will only make changes after we have written consent from the client, a smooth and structured process which we will document.
• Credentials and Data Connections: The client must provide all necessary passwords, credentials, and connections to access the data required for the dashboard or data warehousing services. If these credentials or connections fail to work, Insight Overview is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by the client’s failure to provide valid credentials or working connections.
• Accuracy and Legality: The client is responsible for ensuring that the data provided is accurate, up-to-date, and legally obtained. Insight Overview is not liable for any inaccuracies or legal issues arising from the data supplied by the client.
• Termination: Upon termination of the service agreement, any data provided by the client will be securely deleted after a period of one calendar month, unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
